15-Minute Asian Chicken Stir-Fry with Rice
This dish takes about fifteen minutes and couldn't be simpler — stir-fried chicken caramelized in soy and sweet chili, served with rice.

Ingredients
For the stir-fried chicken
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
- 500 g chicken breast, cubed
- 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce or teriyaki
- 10 tbsp sweet chili sauce (not actually spicy)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
For the rice
- 1 cup rice

Fry the onion in a pan with hot oil. Once golden, add the peppers and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Add the sauces and stir for a few more minutes.

Add the chicken and cook until it starts to caramelize.

Lazy rice: rinse the rice in a fine sieve and pour it into a pot of boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes until tender, drain and serve alongside the chicken.
